Villa Bir İnci for rent located in Kalkan Sarıbelen is one of our new villas with a fully sheltered pool. With its quiet and calm location in nature, it is ideal for families and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays. Since it is located close to the village center, you can easily reach the restaurant and market.

Villa Features

Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen,  there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, a dining table, a satellite TV, air conditioning and a coffee table.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: 1 single bed, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

General Information

Pool: It is 3 m x 7 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, dining table and sitting group.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 750 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note:  Minimum accommodation during the Eid week is 7 nights.
