Villa Bera 2 is located in Ölüdeniz, the favorite holiday paradise of Turkey and the world. Ölüdeniz is a magnificent holiday resort in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Ölüdeniz, as the name suggests, is like a stagnant lake. It is one of the lagoon formations in Turkey.

Villa Bera 2 has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms.

There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver, WC and washing machine.

General Information

Pool: 54m2 in size, 1.5 meters deep. There is a 50 cm deep children’s pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff in the early hours of the morning at intervals of 1 day. There are sun loungers, outdoor showers and sun umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a barbecue and garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Check-in and Check-out Time: 16:00 - 10:00

Note: 4500 TL cleaning fee is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
