Villa Bella

Villa Bella, located in Kayaköy, Fethiye, has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. Our villa, which is designed so that the pool and garden terrace are not visible from the outside, is ideal for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.

The interiors of Villa Bella are also designed in a spacious and modern style. Each room has comfortable beds, stylish furniture and all amenities to suit your needs.

Villa Akar is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen, there is a dining table, a dishwasher, a microwave, a dinner set for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

Towels and pique sets are available for 6 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 8 m x 4 m and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a lawn dining table, a barbecue and a swing.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
