Villa Aykurt 3 for rent, located in Fethiye Cami Mahallesi, has an accommodation capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms. The pool and garden terrace of our villa, whose construction was completed in 2023, have been designed as sheltered from the outside, so it offers a privileged accommodation for families and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.

If you want to discover the beauties of Fethiye, the villa is centrally located. You can easily reach the surrounding beaches, restaurants and attractions. It is in an ideal location especially for our guests who want to see the beauties of Ölüdeniz Beach.

Villa Ova and Villa Aykurt 2 are located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, and dinnerware.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD smart TV, Netflix, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

General Information

Pool: It is 4 x 8 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a green area, barbecue, dining table, sun loungers and umbrellas.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 2000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
