Villa Ayaz is located just 5 kilometers from Iztuzu Beach. This property offers guests the opportunity to enjoy both nature and the sea. Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dinner set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, center table, fireplace, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver and exit to the pool terrace.

There is 1  WC in the corridor.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and balcony.

3. Bedroom: > 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning.

There is 1 WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool: The pool is ? meters long, ? meters wide and ? cm deep. There is a children's pool in our villa, ? x ? meters in size and ? cm in depth. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning.

Garden: There are sun loungers, seating group, dining table, outdoor shower, sauna, swing, barbecue and covered parking lot. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of ? TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage at the check-out.

Note: For stays below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of ? TL is charged.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
