Villa Athos

Located in the Patara region of Kalkan for a dream holiday, Villa Athos has a capacity of 5 people with its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. Our villa, with its pool and garden terrace partially sheltered, is ideal for families and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.

Villa Features

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dining set for 6 people, air conditioning and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, smart led TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table and a master's bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a make-up table and a master's bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is a single bed, wardrobe, smart led TV and playstation.

Pool: Private and sheltered swimming pool is 3.5 m x 5.5 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are garden table, chairs, sun loungers, jacuzzi and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The last 4 km of the road to our villa is a stabilized dirt road.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
