Villa Anis is located in Turkey’s favorite holiday resort Ölüdeniz. Our villa, which has a magnificent mountain and forest view, has a private pool and garden. It offers a quiet and peaceful holiday opportunity for our guests who are bored with the crowds and stress of big cities. You can have beautiful moments with your loved ones by watching the view of Hisarönü, Ovacık and Babadağ from the terrace floor of our villa.

Villa Anis has an accommodation capacity of 10 people with 4 bedrooms, an open kitchen and living room and 2 pull-out sofa beds. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its own private swimming pool, garden, parking lot, barbecue and comfortable rooms.

There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 12 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable sitting group, LCD TV with satellite receiver, fireplace and air conditioning.

General Information

Pool: 8x4 m. in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff in the early hours of the morning at intervals of 1 day. There are sun loungers, outdoor showers and sun umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a barbecue and garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
