Villa Alaz

Located in Çayköy in the Kas district of Antalya, Villa Alaz offers the perfect escape for those seeking peace and tranquility in the heart of nature. With a private swimming pool and large garden, this villa can accommodate up to four guests in two bedrooms. The design of the villa offers ideal comfort and privacy for conservative holidaymakers, groups of friends and honeymooners, with the pool and garden terrace arranged so that it is not visible from the outside.

Thanks to its location intertwined with nature, you can enjoy the sounds of birds and fresh air while staying in Villa Alaz. The large garden of the villa offers an environment where children can play safely and adults can spend time in peace. You can also escape the summer heat by cooling off in the private pool and enjoy the sun on the terrace. The villa aims to offer its guests the comfort of home with its modern decoration and comfortable furniture.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. Dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishwasher, 4-stove cooker, built-in oven, Turkish coffee machine and  dinnerware, such as all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: 2 Single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

General Information

Pool:  12 m long, 4 m wide and 1.5 meters deep. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff on duty.

Garden: Sun loungers, umbrellas,  dining table, seating group, swing and barbecue.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 2500 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit. 

Cleaning Fee: 2000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.
