Villa Bonita

Villa Bonita is located in the Çobanlar neighborhood on the Antalya Fethiye road, in the Seydikemer district of Muğla. The villa, whose construction was completed in May 2022, is in a quiet location. Ideal for our guests who want to have a holiday away from the noise and crowds of the city, our villa is approximately 40 minutes from Patara and Ölüdeniz Beach and 20 minutes from Saklıkent Canyon.

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, dinnerware.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, dining table, electric fireplace, air conditioning, large-screen smart TV, Netflix and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and make-up table.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom, jacuzzi and exit to the pool terrace.

There is a shared WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

Pool: 10 m. x 4m. in size and 1.55 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a lawn, barbecue, sitting group, hammock and swing.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
