Villa Tan

Villa Tan for rent, located 4 km from the bazaar in Fethiye, is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in June 2022. It has an accommodation capacity of 4 people with its own adult and children's pool in the large garden, 2 bedrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi, and a sauna. It is ideal for nuclear families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, coffee machine, toast machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom, jacuzzi and exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioner.

There is a shared WC-bathroom and sauna in the corridor.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Outdoor Pool: It is 8 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. There is also a 4 m2 children's pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a lawn, olive trees, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, sitting group, hammock, swing, barbecue and car parking lot.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
