Villa Timo

Villa Timo, located in Çiftlik in Fethiye, has a capacity of 7 people with its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. With its comfortable rooms, the rudeness is ideal for families and groups of friends.

There are Villa Pino and Villa Lins on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families and groups of friends, if the calendars are available.

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a kitchen island, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, large screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, WC and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Outdoor Pool: It is 8.5 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, gazebo, sitting group and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
