Villa Sera

Villa Sera for rent located in the holiday town Yanıklar, famous for its lush citrus groves and peaceful nature in Fethiye, is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in June 2022. It has a total accommodation capacity of 4 people with its own sheltered private outdoor pool that is not visible from the outside, a 20m2 heated indoor pool, a garden and 2 bedrooms. With its comfortable focus, it is ideal for nuclear families, groups of friends and those who prefer conservative holidays.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, coffee machine, toaster and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Outdoor Pool: It is 8 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Indoor Pool: It is 20 m2 and 1 m deep. (Pool heating is optional and activated for 1000₺ per day.).

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, sitting group, open air shower and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
