It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms. With its central location, it also provides convenience in terms of transportation for our guests who come without a car. When you leave the villa, you can easily reach places such as markets, restaurants, cafes, bars within walking distance, and you can have a pleasant journey to Iztuzu Beach by using the boats moving on the Dalyan River, which is 100 meters away.
Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a large kitchen island, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Pool: 8 m x 4.5 m in size and 1.55 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.
Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, swing, parking lot and outdoor shower.
Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 4000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Both the property and host were amazing. They even helped arrange airport transfers for us. The location is right on the river with shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The only slight and i mean slight criticism would be that you can hear the music from some of the bars at night. This didn’t really bother us too much, and would not stop us from using this property again.
