Villa Kaya Han is located in the Gürköy neighborhood of Dalaman, the town of Muğla, famous for its lush nature, clear sea, and historical values ​​hidden in every corner. The region, which hosted many civilizations from Persians to Byzantines, from Hellenes to Ottomans in the past, is historically important. In Gürköy, Manastır Hill, Demirci Çarşısı, Rock Tombs, Cleopatra Bath are among the most visited places by the guests coming to the region.

Villa Kaya Han has been brought to the present day by the restoration of the historical stone house with a history of 90 years. Designed with luxury and simplicity in mind, the villa has a very high ceiling, an infinity pool positioned against the lush nature, underfloor heating system for the winter months and a fireplace. It has a total accommodation capacity of 6 people with 3 bedrooms. For our guests who want to enjoy the silence in a natural environment, there are local products such as organic eggs, milk and butter in the nearby village houses. If desired, you can also have a mixed village breakfast in the morning for an extra fee.

Kitchen: There is a microwave oven, built-in oven, stovetop, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, a large-screen smart TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning, a dining table, a fireplace and an exit to the pool terrace.

Towels and pique sets for 6 people are available in all bedrooms.

Pool: It is 55m2 in size and 1.55m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sunshades, sun loungers, barbecue, outdoor dining area, a 200-year-old Greek water mill and a vegetable and fruit garden open to guests.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 7000 TL is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: 2000 TL cleaning fee is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
