Ata Village House

Ata Village House is our rental villa located in Guzelyurt district, 8 km from Sarigerme Beach. Our summer house, which has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people, has its own swimming pool.

You can visit Sarigerme bazaar, which is 7 km away, whenever you wish, and you can meet all your shopping and food needs.

Our fully wooden and carefully prepared house is ideal for nuclear families and honeymooners.

Ground floor

Designed as an open kitchen, our villa has a dining table, a 4-person dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver, WC, air conditioning.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioner.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

There is 1 shared bathroom and a washing machine in the hallway.

General Information

Pool: 15m2 and 1.50 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are various trees, barbecue, sun loungers and umbrellas.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 750 TL is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: 300 TL cleaning fee is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Sarigerme, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet, has a unique beauty where you will enjoy swimming in the sea with its deep blue shallow sea and its beach with fine sand that has preserved its naturalness.
