Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1500 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.
Note: For stays below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 1000 TL is charged.

The host was very responsive for all communication. They even recommended a few restaurants that we went to and they were amazing. The apartment was located in a private area a short walk from all the restaurants. Very clean and looked exactly as pictured.

We enjoyed our 9 days stay, it was one of the best experiences. The house is very clean and cozy. Serkan is super friendly and responsive host. The place is very close to the sea and center of the city. Also, there is always a place where to park a car nearby. We would definitely come back to this place, or choose another one from Serkan.

The apartment is clean, modern and very comfortable. It is very close to the waterfront and an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre. There is a moderate degree of urban noise that comes with the location. Parking was provided.
