Villa Yaka

Villa Yaka is approximately 40 km from Fethiye district of Muğla. It is located in Yaka Village, which is far away. The most important feature of the region, which attracts great attention by local and foreign tourists, is that it is close to the Ancient City of Tlos and Saklıkent. In addition, Yakapark, which was built on the cold waters coming from the mountain, is a frequent destination for holidaymakers with its natural environment and delicious food.

Villa Yaka has a sheltered infinity pool with magnificent nature views, a total of 2 bedrooms with 1 jacuzzi, and a garden with an accommodation capacity of 4 people. In our carefully prepared villa, you can enjoy the most beautiful moments of sunrise and sunset. The pool and garden of our conservative villa, which is suitable for renting for married and honeymoon couples, are completely sheltered and alcohol consumption is not allowed.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, coffee machine, tea maker, dinnerware, dining table and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen TV, balcony, fan and satellite receiver.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

General Information

Pool: The depth of the pool, which is 4 meters wide and 8 meters long, is 1.5 meters. If desired, the pool area can be completely closed with a curtain system and is not visible from the outside.

Garden: There are colorful flowers and accessories, barbecue and garden furniture in the garden.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Rules: Only families and honeymooners are rented in our villa, and alcohol consumption is not allowed as per the request of the landlord.

Note: 800 TL cleaning fee is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
