Villa Da Luz

Located in Fethiye Babataşı District, Da Luz is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in August 2023 and attracting attention with its central location. It has an accommodation capacity of 5 people with its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms.

Villa Da Luz is located in the center of Fethiye. Beaches, restaurants, shopping malls and other attractions are within easy reach. Thanks to its unique natural beauties and proximity to historical places, you can enjoy the region during your holiday.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dining set for 6 people, air conditioning and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, smart led TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Garden: There is a large lawn garden, various fruit trees, a garden sitting group and a barbecue.

Pool: 8 m x 4 m. in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
