Our villa provides accommodation for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms offering a comfortable and spacious living space. The interiors are furnished with stylish and modern furniture and offer all the amenities you may need during your vacation.

It provides easy access to Fethiye's unique beaches and tourist attractions, allowing you to spend your holiday to the fullest. It also offers a full holiday experience with restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment venues nearby.

There are Villa Ader 2, Villa Ader 3, Villa Ader 1, Villa Ader 5, Villa Ader 6 and Villa Ader 7 in the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dining set for 4 people, air conditioning and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, smart led TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, smart led TV and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and smart led TV.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, smart led TV and bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 8 m x 4 m. in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a large lawn garden, various fruit trees, dining table, swing, garden sitting group and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 4000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
