Villa Mudita

Villa Mutida, which was built in Fethiye Çiftlik Mahallesi in August 2022, has a stylish design for rent, has its own pool, garden and 1 bedroom, and has an accommodation capacity of 2 people.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 2-burner stove, mini oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, chemex, french press, toaster, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, Netflix, YouTube and satellite receiver.

Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

General Information

Pool: 3 X 6 m long and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, garden seating, garden dining table and barbecue. Garden maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every day.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
