Villa Mudita

Villa Mutida for rent in Fethiye Çiftlik Neighborhood, completed in August 2022, has its own pool, garden and 1 bedroom with a capacity of 2 people. 

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 2-stove, mini oven, kettle, filter coffee machine, chemex, french press, toaster, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, center table, LCD screen TV, Netflix, YouTube, satellite receiver and air conditioning.

Sleeping Room: 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. 

General Information

Pool: 3 X 6 m long and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff on duty.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, garden seating group, garden dining table and barbecue. Garden maintenance is done by the staff on duty every day.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL and a damage deposit of 2000 TL are taken from our guests arriving with pets. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit. Pets are accepted on the condition that their own beds are brought, they are not taken to the bed and seating group in the villa, and they do not enter the pool.
