Villa Talya 3

Villa Talya 3 is located in Oludeniz, Turkey's and the world's favorite holiday paradise. Oludeniz is a spectacularly beautiful holiday resort in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Oludeniz, as the name suggests, is like a stagnant lake. It is one of the lagoon formations in Turkey.

Villa Talya 3 has a capacity of 8 people with its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for large families and crowded groups with its comfortable rooms. Due to its location in the pine forests, our villa has a magnificent view of Babadağ. When you leave our villa, which is 750 meters from the center of Hisaronu, you can visit the bazaar and meet all your shopping and food needs.

Ground Floor

There is an open kitchen lounge, dining table, dining set for 12  people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your vacation. 

The living room has a comfortable seating group, satellite receiver LCD screen TV, WC and washing machine. 

Garden (Pool) Floor: 

1st Bedroom: > 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom are available. 

Lower Hall: Table tennis,  shared WC and bathroom.

2nd floor

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning and shared bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed,  wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table and en-suite bathroom.

3rd floor

4th Bedroom: > There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom. 

General Information

Pool: 11.5 meters long, 3.6 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff in charge early every morning. There are 5 sun loungers, outdoor shower and sun umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a barbecue and garden furniture.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 4000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Must-See Places in Oludeniz

Oludeniz Beach, Butterfly Valley, Kıdrak Bay, Hisarönü are the main places to visit. Another place you can visit is Babadağ. Babadağ, where the first paragliding was done in the region, is a touristic sightseeing center. Here you can have a nice nature walk and camping.
