Villa Valerio Duo, located in Babataşı Neighborhood of Fethiye, is one of our new and luxury rental villas, completed in August 2022. Thanks to its central location, it offers a great advantage for guests arriving without a car. The villa features a private swimming pool with hydromassage, a large garden, and 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, providing accommodation for up to 8 guests. With its comfortable rooms, it is ideal for large families.
On the same plot of land, Villa Valerio Uno is also located. Subject to availability, multiple villas can be rented together for large families.
Designed as an open-plan kitchen. It is equipped with a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-ring hob, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, a dining set for 8 people, and all essential kitchen utensils you may need during your stay.
The living room features a comfortable seating area, LCD Smart TV, Netflix, and satellite receiver. A WC is located in the corridor.

Swimming Pool:
The pool measures 11 m x 5 m with a depth of 1.5 meters and includes a hydromassage feature. Pool maintenance is carried out every morning early by authorized staff. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available on the pool terrace.
Garden:
The garden includes a lawn area, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, garden seating set, swing, and barbecue.
Internet:
Unlimited Wi-Fi with a speed of 50 Mbps is available in the villa.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of 8,000 TL is collected upon check-in and will be refunded after check-out provided no damage is found.

For stays of fewer than 5 nights, a 5.500 TL cleaning fee is charged.

Minimum stay during public holiday weeks is 5 nights.
