Villa Features

Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, tea maker, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living room: There is a comfortable seating group, LCD smart TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioning and access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

General Information

Pool: It is 8 x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty early every morning. (If requested, pool heating can be used for 1250 TL per day. Pool heating fee is calculated for the day of stay. Our guests who want heating must submit their requests to the host at least 3 days in advance.)

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, seating group, outdoor shower and barbecue.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2500 TL is taken at the entrance. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

Note: For stays below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged.
