Villa Öykü

Located just a 5-minute drive from the unique beauties of Oludeniz, Villa Öykü is one of our new villas completed in 2025. This modern and stylishly designed villa has been carefully designed to offer a comfortable and luxurious accommodation experience.

Villa Öykü offers comfort and tranquility to its guests with its own private pool and large garden. There are 4 bedrooms in total; one of them has a jacuzzi and can accommodate up to 8 people. With these features, it is an excellent option for both large families and groups of friends.

Villa Öykü, where every detail has been carefully considered, combines a modern lifestyle with the peaceful environment of nature. Offering its guests large and spacious areas, the villa will be an ideal choice for those who want to spend a comfortable holiday.

Villa Öykü, which attracts attention with its proximity to the magnificent view of Oludeniz, provides easy access to both the beach and other touristic spots in the region. Thus, it offers the opportunity to spend your holiday intertwined with both sea and nature.

Villa Sultan and Villa Sakura are located in the same land with our villa. If the calendars are available, more than one rental can be made for crowded families.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday such as dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, oven, microwave oven and dinner set.

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, television, coffee table, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool: 9 x 4 metres and 1.5 metres deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff in charge early every morning.

Garden: There are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, grass area, barbecue and dining table.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 10.000 damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 4000 TL is charged for stays under 7 nights.
