Villa La Mer, located in Kalkan Ködere, dazzles with its modern design and spacious living areas. You will feel at home in this villa and you will have an unforgettable holiday experience with a private sea view. With 4 bedrooms, Villa La Mer offers accommodation for up to 8 people and is a great option for families and groups of friends.

One of the most striking features of the villa is the private infinity pool and stunning sea views. Designed using large windows, the villa literally brings the impressive views inside, including Kalkan Bay, Snake and Rat islands. The pleasure of staying here increases exponentially, not only when spending your vacation, but also when watching the sunset.

Just a short drive from Kalkan's famous Kaputas Beach, Villa La Mer is also notable for its excellent location. Thanks to its proximity to the beach, guests have easy access to enjoy the sand and sea. In addition, in the large garden of 200 square meters, there is a special playground for children and fun activities such as table tennis and table football. In this way, you can have a pleasant time during your vacation and accumulate unforgettable memories.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday such as dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven and  dinner set. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, air conditioning, electric fireplace, WC and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, TV, bathroom and French balcony. 

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning, jacuzzi, TV, bathroom and balcony. 

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, TV, bathroom and balcony. 

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, TV, bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

General Information

Pool:  12 m long, 5 m wide and 1.5 meters deep. There is also a children's pool and a jacuzzi section.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge.

Garden: Sun loungers, umbrellas,  dining table, barbecue, playground for children, table tennis, table football and seating group.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 6000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit. 

Cleaning Fee: 4000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 5 nights.
