La Casa Rosa, a magnificent holiday villa located in Ovacik in the unique nature of Fethiye, dazzles with its elegance and comfort. Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. Dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, toaster, Turkish coffee machine, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV,  satellite receiver, air conditioning, 2 WC-Bathroom and  exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning and bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table and air conditioning.

4th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, bathroom and air conditioning.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: 500 m2 garden, parking lot for 2 cars, sun loungers, umbrellas, swing, barbecue, playground for children, table tennis, basketball hoop and grazing group. 

Pool:   It is 8 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 m deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
