Villa Fresco

Villa Fresco, located in Calis region of Fethiye, offers its guests a privileged holiday with its outdoor and indoor swimming pool, large garden, rooms with jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna.  Located just 7 km from Fethiye's fun nightlife, delicious restaurants, cafes and bars, our villa is 900 meters from Kocaçalış Beach. It has a capacity of 6 people with its large and spacious rooms.

Within the same land with our villa Villa Maison , Villa Nessa , and Villa Lusso   are available. More than one rental can be made at the same time for large families if their calendars are available. 

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine, dining set for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

There is a communal WC, indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna in the corridor. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, smart TV, jacuzzi,   bathroom and balcony.

2nd Bedroom:  There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, smart TV, bathroom and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, smart TV, jacuzzi,   bathroom and balcony.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Outdoor Pool: 3.75 m x 9 m in size  and 1.38 meters deep.  The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff on duty. 

Indoor Pool:  2 m x 4.8 m in size  and 1.25 meters deep. Indoor pool heating is free of charge between October 1 - April 30. Outside of these dates, 4000 TL per week is charged. 

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, seating group and barbecue. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 24mbps.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: There is an alarm and camera system in our villa for security.
