Villa Esyada for rent, located in the popular holiday resort of Kalkan Yeşilköy, in Antalya's Kaş district, is one of our sheltered villas in nature with a jacuzzi. Our villa with stone architecture, the construction of which was completed in 2022, has a capacity of 4 people with its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms. Our villa with sheltered pool and garden terrace is ideal for conservative families and honeymooners.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable Seating group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 4 m x 10 m in size and 1.7 meters in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, playground, table football, swing and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
