Villa Eftelya, located in Antalya's famous tourism center Kalkan district, has a sheltered pool, garden, jacuzzi and 2 bedrooms with the capacity to accommodate 4 people and is ideal for nuclear families and honeymooners. There is also a lounge with an open kitchen. It offers a comfortable accommodation experience to its guests with its comfortable rooms.

Kitchen: There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner, oven, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, LCD screen TV, air conditioning, satellite receiver and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony, en-suite bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony, en-suite bathroom and WC.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

General Information

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our flat, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, barbecue, swing, table tennis, trampoline, table football, darts, punching bag and mini basketball hoop.

Pool: 8 m x 4 m in size and 1.55 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Note: The last 50 meters of the road to our villa consists of concrete and a steep slope.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
