Villa Ediz for rent is a holiday venue located in the Sarıbelen district of Kalkan and offers accommodation for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms. Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom:  There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue, swing, sitting group, table tennis and children's playground. 

Pool: 11 m x 4 m in size and 1.6 m deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff on duty. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
