The villa is located in Eastern Fethiye, 4 km from Calis Beach. It has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms. It is 7 km from Fethiye centre, 17 km from Ölüdeniz and 50 km from Dalaman Airport.

Ground floor

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, Kettle, oven, 4-burner stove, 6-person dining table and chairs, 6-person dining set, pans, pots and cutlery.

Living Room: There is a modern and comfortable seating group, LED TV, satellite receiver, modem for internet, bathroom/WC and exit to the poolside.

1st Floor

1st Bedroom: It is a family bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom/WC and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: It is a young bedroom with two twin beds, air conditioning, bedside table, bathroom/WC, french balcony.

Penthouse

3. Bedroom: It is the family bedroom and it is on the attic floor. In the family bedroom, there is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom/WC, balcony and a dressing room right next to the bedroom.

There is a dressing room on the terrace floor.

General Information

Pool: It is 35 m2 meters in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Note: The pool will open on 1 June and close on 30 September. The pool will not be in use in May and October.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, garden dining table and chairs, swing and barbecue in its own garden.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
