Villa Best for rent in Kalkan Lavender area is one of our new villas designed to offer a unique holiday experience, the construction of which was completed in June 2023. 

Our villa has many facilities such as sauna, Turkish bath, cinema room, table tennis, foosball and billiard table. You can pamper yourself in the sauna and hammam, organize fun movie nights in the cinema room and have a pleasant time playing table tennis, foosball and billiards. Our villa has thought of every possibility for you not to be bored during your vacation.

With 3 bedrooms, our villa, which can accommodate up to 6 people in total, combines comfort and elegance in every room. You can have a comfortable sleep experience in the bedrooms where every detail is considered. One of the most important features of our villa is that it is suitable for accommodation in the winter months. Thanks to the specially designed heating system, our villa offers a warm and comfortable environment in the winter season. Thus, you can have a pleasant holiday in this luxury villa at any time of the year.

In the same land with our villa Villa Hedef  is located. More than one rental can be made for crowded families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove cooker, built-in oven, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.   

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom, bathtub and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom:  There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and air conditioning.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms for the number of people.

General Information

Outdoor Pool:  12 x 5 m  size   and 1.5 meters deep. The pool system is automatically controlled by a salt regulator and pH dosing system.

Indoor Pool: It is 2,80 x 6,50 m in size and 1,3 meters deep. (Pool heating is optional and is activated for a fee of 1000 TL per day for stays under 7 days.)

Garden: Sun umbrellas, sun loungers, lounge chairs, seating, outdoor shower and barbecue. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note:  For stays below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged.

Note: Underfloor heating system is activated for a fee of 1250 TL per day (If heating is requested in the summer months between May 15 - September 30 heating fee will be charged for each day.)

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
