Villa Arıcan 2, located within the timeless atmosphere of Kayaköy, is a carefully planned holiday home for guests seeking tranquility, privacy, and a stay in harmony with nature. The villa has a total of 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. The interiors are arranged with a spacious and functional approach; comfortable beds, simple furnishings, and practical details that meet daily needs are prioritized. It offers a comfortable living space for honeymoon couples, small families, and close groups of friends.
The private swimming pool, garden, and sun terrace in the outdoor area create a pleasant unity for guests who wish to spend most of their holiday outdoors. The outdoor seating group and barbecue area provide ideal spaces to enjoy different times of the day. The pool and garden terrace have a partially visible structure; therefore, it is more suitable for guests who do not expect complete seclusion.
Villa Arıcan 1 is located on the same property as our villa. Subject to availability in the calendars, multiple rentals can be arranged for large families.

Kitchen: Designed as an open-plan kitchen. It includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, four-burner stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine, dining set, and all kitchen utensils you may need during your stay.
Living Room: Comfortable seating group, LCD smart TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioning, and access to the pool terrace.
1st Bedroom: One double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom, and jacuzzi.
2nd Bedroom: One double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom, and balcony.
All bedrooms are equipped with towel sets and pique sets according to the number of guests.
