Villa Polo is our rental villa located in the Güzelyurt neighbourhood, 8 km from Sarıgerme Beach. Our summer villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. It features its own large swimming pool. With its comfortable rooms, it is ideal for large families and groups.
You can visit the Sarıgerme market, located 7 km away, whenever you wish, and meet all your shopping and food needs.

Ground Floor
There is a separate kitchen, lounge, dining table, 10-person dining set and all the kitchenware you may need during your holiday.
The lounge features a comfortable seating area, an LCD television with satellite receiver, a WC and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2: Features one double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony, en suite bathroom, dressing room and air conditioning.
3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table and air conditioning are provided.
4. Bedroom: There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a balcony and air conditioning.
There is one shared bathroom and washing machine in the corridor.

5. Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, satellite TV, treadmill, bedside table, air conditioning and en suite bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with towel and duvet sets for 10 people.
General Information
Pool: 54m² and 1.55 metres deep. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by designated staff.
Garden: Various trees, 10 sun loungers and parasols, barbecue and 2 swings are available.
Internet: Our villa has unlimited Wi-Fi, but due to the infrastructure of the area, the internet speed is a maximum of 16 Mbps.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 7500 TL is collected upon arrival. It is refunded upon departure if no damage is found during the inspection.
Note: A cleaning fee of 5000 TL is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
Note: Guests arriving with pets are charged a cleaning fee of 5000 TL and a damage deposit of 7500 TL. This will be refunded upon check-out if no damage is found. Pets are accepted on the condition that they bring their own bedding, do not use the beds or seating in the villa, and do not enter the pool.

Sarıgerme is a place of unique beauty where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet, offering the pleasure of swimming in the deep blue shallow sea and on the beach with its fine sand that has retained its natural beauty.
Baba Island, the ancient city of Pisilis, Sarçed Beach, Aşı Cove and Sarsala Cove are among the main places to visit.
