Villa Rio is located in the Güzelyurt neighbourhood, 8 km from Sarıgerme, a holiday resort famous for its golden sandy beaches, clear sea and loggerhead sea turtles, in the Ortaca district of Muğla. The area, which is beginning to gain new modern structures amidst historical buildings and lush forested areas, offers its guests a peaceful holiday experience immersed in nature.
Villa Rio, completed in May 2022, is nestled among vast citrus groves and features its own saltwater pool, a large garden, and three en-suite bedrooms (one with a jacuzzi), accommodating up to six guests. Suitable for winter rentals, our villa boasts amenities such as a fireplace and a sauna. With its comfortable rooms, it is ideal for large families and groups of friends.
The villa is located on the same plot of land as Villa Keskin. If the calendars are available, it can be rented at the same time for large families.
Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen, it features a dining table, microwave oven, built-in oven, hob, toaster, dishwasher, 8-person dinner set, high chair, and all the kitchenware you may need during your holiday.
Living room: Comfortable seating area, large-screen smart TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning, fireplace and access to the pool terrace.
In the corridor, there is a washing machine, a reading area with a view of the citrus grove, and a sauna.
1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, air conditioning and en suite bathroom are provided.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside table, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom are provided.
3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and en suite bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with 6-person towel and duvet sets.
Pool: The 55m² pool, with a depth of 1.55 metres, is disinfected with salt, making it healthier as no chemical cleaners or chlorine are used. The pool features an adjustable hydromassage function. Pool maintenance is carried out early each morning by designated staff.
Garden: Orange trees, green space, car park, barbecue and seating area are available.
Internet: Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in our villa. The maximum internet speed is 75mbps.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is collected upon check-in. It is refunded upon check-out if no damage is found during the inspection.
Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for stays shorter than the minimum rental period.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Sarıgerme is a place of unique beauty where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet, offering the pleasure of swimming in the deep blue shallow sea and on the beach with its fine sand that has retained its natural beauty.
Baba Island, Pisilis Ancient City, Sarçed Beach, Aşı Cove, Sarsala Cove and İztuzu Beach are among the main places to visit.
