Villa Vol 5 is located in Yanıklar Village, approximately 8 kilometres from Fethiye. The village, one of the pilot regions for eco-tourism, is a centre of interest for visitors with its quiet, peaceful and clean sea. The village, which is also close to the ancient city of Kadyanda, is a must-visit destination for travellers interested in history.
Villa Vol 5 offers a peaceful, tranquil and luxurious holiday away from the city noise, nestled among orange trees. The interior design is spacious and decorated in a vintage style. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
On the same plot of land as our villa Villa Vol 1 , Villa Vol 2 , Villa Vol 3 and Villa Vol 4 is located. If the calendars are available, multiple rentals can be made for large families.
Villa Vol 5 Features
Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen. It contains all the kitchenware you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-ring hob, built-in oven, and dining set.
Living room: Comfortable sofa bed, coffee table, LCD television, air conditioning, satellite receiver and WC are provided. Access to the pool terrace is available from the living room.
1. Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony door opening onto the pool, and en suite bathroom.
2. Bedroom: It features one double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom.
3. Bedroom: Features one double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony with pool view, jacuzzi and en suite bathroom.
General Information
Swimming pool: 8 metres x 4 metres in size and 1.5 metres deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by staff early every morning. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the pool terrace.
Garden: There is a lawn, barbecue and garden furniture.
Internet: Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the area, the maximum internet speed is 16 Mbps.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 6000 TL is collected upon arrival. It is refunded upon departure if no damage is found during the inspection.
Cleaning Fee: For stays of 7 nights or more, a cleaning fee of 4500₺ is charged.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
