Villa Masal is located in Kayaköy, a holiday resort with a five-thousand-year history in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Kayaköy was built by the Greeks living in the region on the ruins of Karmylassos, which belonged to the Ancient Lycian Civilisation. The town was declared a 'village of peace and friendship' in 1988, and it was decided to preserve it as it was, declaring it a third-degree urban and archaeological site.
Villa Masal offers our guests seeking a holiday away from the city's hustle and bustle a unique holiday opportunity. Completed in May 2020, our stone villa's garden and pool are secluded and cannot be seen from outside. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. Kayaköy, which enchants its guests with its natural and historical environment, is only 10 minutes away from Fethiye city centre and the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach. Our villa is suitable for nuclear families and honeymoon couples. With its large and private swimming pool, it offers our guests a perfect holiday experience. Due to the location of our villa, a cooler holiday environment awaits you, even in the stifling heat of summer evenings.
Villa Masal Features
Kitchen: Designed as an open-plan kitchen. It is equipped with everything you may need during your holiday, including a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-ring hob, built-in oven, toaster, kettle, dinner set, and dining table.
Living room: Comfortable seating area, coffee table, LCD screen television, air conditioning and satellite receiver are provided. Access to the pool terrace is available from the living room.
1. Bedroom: There is one double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table and air conditioning.
2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table and air conditioning are provided.
There is one shared bathroom in the corridor.
General Information
Pool: It is 30 square metres in size and 1.5 metres deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by designated staff early every morning. The pool features an adjustable hydromassage function.
Garden: There is a lawn, barbecue and garden furniture.
Internet: Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the area, the maximum internet speed is 16 Mbps.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is collected upon arrival. It is refunded upon departure if no damage is found during the inspection.
Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
General note for all villas in the Kayaköy area: Due to high demand for our Kayaköy villas, there may be power cuts, water shortages, low voltage, infrastructure and construction work.

While staying in Kayaköy, you can visit the Ghost Town, Gemiler Cove and Af Kule Monastery.
Kayaköy Ghost Town is a place that adventure-loving holidaymakers should see.
You can enjoy many water sports amidst the natural beauty and crystal-clear waters of Gemiler Bay.
Af Kule Monastery is 3-4 km away from Kayaköy on foot. You can go for a nature walk and see the old dungeons. You can join a safari tour and explore Kayaköy on ATVs.
