Villa Rosso is located in the Kayaköy neighbourhood of Fethiye district in Muğla, formerly known as Levissi. It is impossible not to be enchanted while wandering among the historic 19th-century houses, narrow streets, churches and chapels built on the hillside. Kayaköy is located 20 minutes from the centre of Fethiye. It is also close to Hisarönü, where the Ovacık neighbourhood has a lively nightlife.
Villa Rosso features its own private pool, garden, and two bedrooms (one with a jacuzzi), accommodating up to four guests. With its comfortable rooms, it is ideal for nuclear families, groups of friends, and honeymoon couples. The villa's pool and garden terrace are designed to be secluded from outside view, making it a great alternative for families who prefer a more private holiday.
Kitchen: Designed as an open-plan kitchen. It features a kitchen island, fridge, dishwasher, 4-ring hob, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, and all the kitchenware you might need during your holiday.
Living room: Comfortable seating area, coffee table, large-screen LCD TV, access to the pool terrace, air conditioning and WC.
1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.
2. Bedroom: Two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a bedside table and a bathroom are provided.
General Information
All bedrooms are equipped with towels and duvet sets for each guest.
Pool: There is an adult pool measuring 7 m x 4 m and 1.4 m deep, and a children's pool measuring 1.9 m x 1.9 m and 40 cm deep. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the pool terrace.
Garden: Colourful flowers, sun loungers, deckchairs, a swing, a dining table and a barbecue are available.
Internet: Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the area, the maximum internet speed is 16 Mbps.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected upon check-in. It is refunded upon check-out if no damage is found during the inspection.
Note: For stays shorter than the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 1,750 TL will be charged.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
General note for all villas in the Kayaköy area: Due to high demand for our Kayaköy villas, there may be power cuts, water shortages, low voltage, infrastructure and construction work.
Places to Visit in Kayaköy
While staying in Kayaköy, you can visit the Ghost Town, Gemiler Cove and Af Kule Monastery.
Kayaköy Ghost Town is a place adventure-loving holidaymakers should see.
You can enjoy many water sports amidst the natural beauty and crystal-clear waters of Gemiler Bay.
Af Kule Monastery is 3-4 km away from Kayaköy on foot. You can go for a nature walk and see the old dungeons. You can join a safari tour and explore Kayaköy on ATVs.
