Villa İnci is a rental villa located in Dalyan, where the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas meet. Dalyan is a refined town in the Ortaca district of Muğla, where the concepts of sea, nature, history and holiday intertwine. Summer Villa İnci has its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. With its comfortable rooms, it is ideal for large families and groups.
Our villa is located 1km from the centre of Dalyan. You can reach the beach by car or by boat from the river. Whenever you wish, you can stroll around the market, which is a 5-minute walk away, and sample Dalyan's delicious seafood at the restaurants along the river. You can also witness the stunning views of Dalyan's magnificent nature and rock tombs. The area is one of the rare places where loggerhead sea turtles breed. You may encounter endangered loggerhead sea turtles on the Dalyan River and on the beach. You can also observe blue crabs, Nile turtles, and numerous different species of birds.

Ground Floor
Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen. It features a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-ring hob, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, 8-person dinner set, and all the kitchenware you may need during your holiday.
Living room: Comfortable seating area, LCD screen television and satellite receiver are available. In the corridor, there is a shared bathroom and washing machine.
1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.
Upper Floor
2. Bedroom: It features two single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, a bathroom, a balcony and air conditioning.
3. Bedroom: This is the family room. It contains one double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, a balcony and a bathroom.
4. Bedroom: It features two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, a balcony, air conditioning and a bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with towels and duvet sets for each guest.
Pool: The adult pool is 40m² and 1.5 metres deep, while the children's pool is 2 metres in diameter and 40 cm deep. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by designated staff. There are 8 sun loungers and parasols on the pool terrace.
Garden: Fruit trees, hammock, barbecue and garden furniture are available.
Internet: Our villa has unlimited Wi-Fi, but due to the infrastructure of the area, the internet speed is a maximum of 16 Mbps.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is collected upon check-in. It is refunded upon check-out if no damage is found during the inspection.
Note: A cleaning fee of 3500 TL is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
Places to See in Dalyan
Kaunos Ancient City, one of the oldest settlements in Anatolia, features rock-cut royal tombs, İztuzu Beach, Sultaniye Hot Springs, and Köyceğiz Lake, all of which are must-see attractions. Kargıcak Cove, Aşı Cove, and Ekincik Cove are also excellent options for enjoying the sea. Yuvarlak Çay, where you can swing on swings built over the stream created by cool waters flowing down from the mountains and feel like a child again, is a special beauty.
