The Cozy Suite, a holiday apartment located 4 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach, has a capacity for up to 3 guests with 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Situated on public transport routes, our apartment offers easy access to both Ölüdeniz and Fethiye for guests arriving without a car. With a supermarket on the ground floor and restaurants, cafés, and bars within walking distance, everything you need is at your fingertips during your holiday.
Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen. It features a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-ring hob, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the kitchenware you may need during your holiday.
Living room: Comfortable seating area, Full HD LED Smart TV, Netflix and satellite receiver, air conditioning and balcony.
1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony and air conditioning.
There is a toilet and bathroom in the corridor.
Internet: Our flat has unlimited Wi-Fi at a speed of 45 Mbps.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is collected upon check-in. It is refunded upon check-out if no damage is found during the inspection.
Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
