Villa Toklu

Villa Toklu, which is located in Fethiye, a holiday resort famous for its world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach, has a capacity of 4 people with its own pool, large garden and 2 bedrooms. Our villa, which is designed so that the pool and garden are not visible from the outside, is ideal for families and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.

Villa Toklu Duo is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable Seating group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

There is a WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 8 m x 4 m in size and 1.40 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, playground, pinball and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
