Villa Suare is located in the Karaçulha neighborhood of Fethiye district of MuÄŸla. From our villa, which is in a quiet location, you can easily reach the town center, which is 7 km away, and Calis Beach, which is 6 km away, whenever you want. It has an accommodation capacity of up to 6 people with its own sheltered pool, lush garden and 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, dinnerware, dining table.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, a coffee table, an LCD screen TV, air conditioning satellite receiver and WC. You can access the pool terrace from the living room.

General Information

Pool: There is a sheltered adult pool of 8 meters x 4 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters, as well as a children’s pool. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are fruit trees, barbecue, garden furniture and a gazebo.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
