Villa Soft for rent in Kayaköy, the popular holiday resort of Fethiye, is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in May 2023. Villa Soft, with its modern architecture, offers its guests a comfortable and peaceful holiday with its sheltered pool and large garden area. Our villa, whose pool is designed to be invisible from the outside, is ideal for families and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.
Villa Features
Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.
Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, dining table, stove, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, sink, bathroom and exit to the garden terrace.
Towels and pique sets for 2 people are available in all bedrooms.
General Information
Pool: It is 10 x 3 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.
Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group and barbecue.
Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.
Damage Deposit: 2500 TL damage deposit is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Wie haben 5 Nächte in der Villa Soft verbracht und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Villa ist sehr modern und exakt wie auf den Bildern. Das Mobiliar war sehr neu und qualitativ. Ausreichende Küchenutensilien waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr groß und bietet viel Badespaß. Die Villa grenzt an zwei weitere Villen an, jedoch ist es sehr angenehm und ruhig. Keiner stört den anderen. Ein Parkplatz war ebenfalls außerhalb der Villa vorhanden. Zur Lage allgemein kann gesagt werden, dass die Villa in einem Dorf (Kaya Koy) liegt, welches sich 10-15 Minuten von Ölüdeniz und Fethiye Stadt entfernt befindet. Die Anreise mit einem PKW wäre empfehlenswert, da die Fahrt zur Kaya Koy mit einer kurzen Fahrt durch ein Gebierge verbunden ist. Die Gastgeber/innen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen konnte man diese jederzeit fragen. Der Aufenthalt bekommt von mir 5 Sterne Gerne wieder. Lg
