Villa Serendip

Villa Serendip is located in Dalyan, one of Turkey’s most important holiday destinations, with its ancient cities, lush nature and clear sea in Ortaca district of MuÄŸla. Located on the canal connecting KöyceÄŸiz Lake and the Mediterranean Sea, the region welcomes many local and foreign tourists every year.

Villa Serendip has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms. You can reach the beach from our villa, which is within walking distance of the center of Dalyan, by car or by boats departing from the river.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware for 10 people and all kinds of kitchenware you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen TV and satellite receiver.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 30 m2 in size and 1.6 m in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are fruit trees, garden furniture and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1000TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
