Villa Seher is located in Eskiköy District of Ortaca district of Muğla, which contains the fascinating natural beauties of the Aegean, and is on the travel routes of local and foreign tourists every year with its historical structures and magnificent ancient ruins. Dalyan is one of the most important holiday resorts of Turkey with its clean nature and clear sea.
In the same land as our villa; Villa Mali has. More than one rental is available for large families, if schedules are available.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware for 8 people, air conditioning and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.
Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver and air conditioner.
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

There is 1 shared bathroom in the hallway.
General Information
There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.
Pool: 5 m x 10 m. in size and 1.5 m deep. There are hydromassage jets. There is also a children's pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.
Garden: There is a large lawn garden, various fruit trees, a dining table, and a barbecue.
Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
Note: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

We have just finished our stay in the villa and were extremely satisfied. First of all Serkan was really helpfull while booking and provided us with all instructions how to get there. Early morning check in was accomodated as the owner leaves nearby. The location is very remote and peaceful ( what we were looking for) but at the same time very close drive from Dalyan that has everything you need. The house itself is very nice and clean, it has everything you need. The pool is beatifull and sunny majority of the day which means the water is warm unlike some other villas where the pool is in the shade. We are a family of 5 ( 2 adults and 3 kids) and had an amazing holiday. Serkan was extremely responsive and made few recomendations for us which was helpfull. Thank you very much.

Excellent location for a quiet getaway, very peaceful. Dalyan town only 10 minutes away by car.with various shops and restaurants. Satnav is a must for getting around and nearest beach only 30 minutes away. Many thanks to Fatih and his family for being so kind and being on hand when required.

This place is fantastic. Everything is brand new, modern and extremely clean. We had everything we needed. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows were very comfy and there was air con in every room. The swimming pool was amazing! We spent all day everyday by the pool and there are also plenty of shaded areas. The villa is very accessible, our children are disabled and found it very easy to get around. Location wise, it’s very private and we took the wrong road to get there the first time but soon learnt! It’s only a 5/10 minute drive to Dalyan which we went to most nights and just over one hour drive to Marmaris which we did two nights. 30 minute drive to the Airport. The owner is on hand for any problems and was very, very welcoming. I would recommend this villa to anyone.
