Villa Saltanat is located in the Patara area of ​​Kalkan, one of the popular holiday regions of Turkey. It has a private sheltered pool and garden, 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. The garden and pool terrace of our villa, which is located in nature, are fully sheltered and ideal for conservative families and honeymooners.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, 4-person dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, exit to the pool and garden.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

Note: The last 750 meters of the road to the villa is a stabilized dirt road.

Pool: Private and sheltered swimming pool 8.5 m x 3 m. in size, 1.55 m. is in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a garden table and chairs, sun loungers, parasols and barbecues.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: 350 TL cleaning fee is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
