Villa Saltanat

Villa Saltanat is located in Patara district of Kalkan, one of Turkey's popular holiday destinations. It has a private sheltered pool and garden,  2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. The garden and pool terrace of our villa in nature is fully sheltered and ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples.

Villa Saltanat Features

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, dining set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: The lounge has a comfortable seating group, LCD screen television, satellite receiver, air conditioning, exit to the pool and garden. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, TV, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, TV, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

General Information

Note: The last 250 m. of the road to the villa is a stabilized dirt road.

Pool: The private and sheltered swimming pool is 8.5 m x 3.5 m. in size and 1.55 m. in depth. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: Garden table and chairs, sun loungers, sun umbrella, dining table for 4 people, 2 swings, barbecue, table tennis, foosball, darts and playground. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
