Villa Pera, in Fethiye Koca Çalış, is within walking distance of 950 meters from the beach, and has an accommodation capacity of 20 people with its own pool, garden and 6 bedrooms. Designed as an open kitchen and living room, our villa is ideal for rough families and groups of friends with 6 double beds, 6 sofa beds, 2 additional bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen, there is a dining table, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a 4-cooker, a dinner set for 12 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

General Information

Pool: 10 m. x 5.5m. in size and 1.6 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: 250 m2 grass area, sitting group, table football, hammock, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 400 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
