Villa Patricia for rent, located in Dalyan, the holiday town of Ortaca district of MuÄŸla, is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in 2022. Our villa, which is within walking distance of the center, has its own pool, garden and 5 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 12 people. It is ideal for large families and groups of friends with its comfortable and spacious rooms.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable Seating group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 8 m x 3.5 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
