Villa Koza is located in the Yanıklar region of Fethiye, Turkey's popular holiday destination with its turquoise sea, magnificent bays and lush nature. Our villa, among citrus orchards, is approximately 15 km from the town centre. The garden and pool of our villa are designed as sheltered from the outside. Ideal for conservative families and honeymooners.
Villa Koza has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own sheltered pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. There is an open-air shower and swing in the garden.
Villa Features
Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, dinnerware.
Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD smart TV, Netflix, satellite receiver, air conditioning and an exit to the balcony overlooking the pool terrace.
1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand and air conditioning.
3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table and air conditioner. There is a shared WC-Bathroom in the corridor.
Towels and pique sets for 6 people are available in all bedrooms.
General Information
Pool: It is 8 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.
Garden: There is a green area, BBQ, sitting group and swing.
Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.
Damage Deposit: 3000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
Note: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Hallo, es war alles Perfekt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, groß, geräumig, alles wie bereits gesagt -> Perfekt. Die Küche hat einem alles angeboten, wie mans von zu Hause kennt. Die Hausbesitzer waren sehr Aufmerksam! Sehr Nett!!!! Für einen reinen deutschen, kann das schon zu Nett sein, also Achtung:) Herzliche Grüße aus Hamburg

Me and my Husband, we had a wonderful time in the villa. Everything is same as the pictures. It was very clean, modern, spacious and it had all what you need. It’s very calm and private, the only things you hear are birds, dogs and the roosters, that we enjoyed also. The villa is placed in the middle of lemon- and orange trees. There is a bus station somewhere but we advise to rent a car. With the car you reach fethiye center in 20 minutes. The pool was very nice and cleaned every day. The Wi-Fi was very good, only lost connection twice. So we restarted the router and all was fine. Serkan is a great Host, kind, helpful and responds within minutes to messages. The Guy who takes care of the place and his wife are very kind and helpful too. We really had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend this place.
