Villa Huzur

Villa Huzur is our rental villa located in Fevziye district, 7 km from Sarigerme Beach. Our summer villa, which has 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people, has its own infinity swimming pool. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms.

You can visit Sarigerme bazaar, which is 5 km away, at any time and meet all your shopping and food needs.

Villa Tranquility Features

Ground floor

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen, there is a dining table, a dinner set for 6 people, a toaster, a Turkish coffee machine, a dishwasher, a stovetop, an oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver, balcony, air conditioning, exit to the pool terrace and WC.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, balcony, air conditioning, exit to the pool terrace and en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, balcony, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, balcony, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

There is a shared bathroom-WC and washing machine in the corridor.

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.
General Information

Pool: There is an infinity pool of 30m2. It is 1.55 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a sunbathing area, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Internet: There is no internet in our villa due to infrastructure.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1000TL is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
